The people of Blackfish Marine were instrumental in our decision to purchase a new Silverton 45C a couple years ago. We were new to the NW and had never owned a large cruising yacht. From the sales process, to personal lessons, excellent professional service and instructions we gained the confidence to fully enjoy our vessel. The group cruises are a great experience; making us friends for life. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pat, Bob and the rest of the staff.

Dear Pat,
I want to thank you and your staff on my purchase from Blackfish. My wife Susan and myself had been looking for a boat and after an extensive search we short listed the boat to the Wellcraft 30' and Chaparral 30'. This was out first large boat purchase and our requirements was to have as large as boat as possible but still trailer. We were preparing to purchase new but found a used 30' Chaparral with 110 hrs on it at your facility. This was exactly what we were looking for. As this was a trade in and not a normal line you carried, your salesman researched all my outstanding questions without hesitation. He made us feel like family and highlighted several cruises or outings to try.
We have joined several Blackfish outings over the years and last year (summer 2008) met up with the Blackfish group in Dent Rapids from our trip to and from Alaska. Yes we took our Chaparral to Alaska and back and your staff assisted in our planning. Even though we do not have a Silverton we have always been warmly received.
I cannot express enough the exceptional support and your family friendly staff. There is no question when the time comes to upgrade to a larger Silverton Yacht your office will receive my business.

Blackfish Marine provided great brokerage service for us; the entire crew went the extra mile to make our purchase smooth and surprisingly fun. Loren even went so far as to help us through the Locks when we received the boat (the boat was on Lake Washington, our slip is in the Sound, and we had never locked before). Even though we are really happy with our boat, we hope to do business with Blackfish in the future!

We fell in love with the Cruisers 320 the moment we saw it. We were never fans of express cruisers before; they always seemed cramped inside and awkward outside. But some clever design elements make the 320's interior spacious and inviting, and the walk-through windshield makes bow access easy. After a year, the honeymoon is far from over and we love it even more. 
The 320 is our second Blackfish boat. We had some budget constraints for this trade-in, and Blackfish worked very hard to get us a deal we were satisfied with. In addition, we were the first Cruisers customers to select an unusual option, and when the installation did not match our expectations, Cruisers immediately addressed the problem, and Blackfish made sure there was no additional cost to us. But Blackfish service doesn't end at the sale; that's where it begins. We've installed several after-market items, and Blackfish's service manager is always eager to get us parts or figure out how to make something work.
When you hear about the "Blackfish Family," this is a real thing, not just some marketing slogan. Blackfish customers are among the nicest people we have met on the water, and the Blackfish Customer Cruises are the highlight of our boating season.

When I put a deposit on the new "Northwest Edition" 34 Convertible at the Seattle Boat Show, I had no idea what a good decision I was making. The more research I did and the more I talked with friends about Northwest boating, the more I found out the Northwest edition already had everything I was going to need. Whenever I went to add something, I found out the boat already had it! 
Not only that, but the team at Blackfish Marine has been absolutely outstanding about making sure I understand my boat and Northwest boating in general. "These guys don't just sell you a boat, they become your friends in the business." I've purchased "big ticket" items before, but I've never had the kind of service and "after sale" relationship that this team has developed with me. What's even more amazing is that I see them work to develop that kind of relationship with ALL their clients (many of whom have also become my friends). This was my first boat, but certainly not my last. When it comes time to look for my next boat, I know the team at Blackfish Marine will go above and beyond to take care of me!

Donna and I purchased five boats prior to purchasing a Silverton from Blackfish and with each purchase the relationship ended when the boat left the showroom or Dock. With Blackfish it is a different story starting with Bob and Pat training Donna and I on how to handle the larger boat followed by Ethan teaching us how to maintain and service our boat. We could not have asked for better service.
The best part of buying a boat from Blackfish is the Blackfish family, where we have made some of our best friends over the last three summers. We have been able to visit ports from Olympia to Dent Island in Desolation Sound and many in between through the trips Pat sets up for Blackfish customers every year.
We never would have ventured all the way to Dent Island on our own and it was 12 of the best boating days we have ever had. I have recommended Blackfish to my friends in the past and will continue in the future.

Before purchasing our new Yacht from Blackfish Marine, we were totally new to boating. We knew we wanted a quality vessel that would meet our comfort needs, but what was more important to us was the quality of dealership we would be doing business with. Being very busy and not being familiar with Yacht ownership, we knew we would need ongoing support and service from our dealer to make the ownership experience a good one. From the initial construction of our new Yacht, Pat and Bob made sure it was equipped properly for what we wanted to do. When the yacht was completed and delivered, we received multiple days of training on boat handling as well as systems operations, all at no additional cost to us. >From the Sales process to the delivery process and two years of ongoing maintenance and service, the years of experience of the Blackfish Marine Team has made a big difference in our ultimate satisfaction with our Yacht and boating in general.
